Customer Service Representative – Bilingual Role
(Brampton Ontario Location)
Canpar’s customer service department provides a one stop shopping philosophy. Our Customer Service representatives are expected to possess a broad knowledge of Canpar’s services which will enable the individual to provide the highest level of customer service.

Work Functions

CSR role includes but not limited to;
• Answering an average of 80 inbound calls per day
• Follow up with all inquires
• Assisting customers with tracking, invoices inquiries, processing credits
• Communicate with various dispatch and delivery terminals to get updates on shipments
• Provide price quotes to account and non-account holders

Qualification and Skills

• Must possess a professional and positive attitude
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Must have experience in a similar role
• Must be able to communicate clearly in both English and French and effectively with customers
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multitask and prioritizing abilities
• Must have strong computer skills
