If you have your Tracking Number(s) you can track your parcels online here.


Automated Package Tracking
  • Call 1-800-387-9335
  • When prompted enter the Tracking Number of the package being tracked
  • CANPAR's automated tracking system will inform you of the delivery status of the package - including the name of the person who signed for the shipment
Customer Service Centre Package Tracking
  • Call 1-800-387-9335
  • When prompted, connect to a Customer Service Representative who will be happy to track your shipment for you - please have the Tracking Number(s) ready of the package(s) you wish to track
Computer to Computer Dial Up
Now it's possible for your computer to interface with CANPAR's Package Tracking Computer

Using standard communication software, your system can access the CANPAR tracking system to obtain the information you need. Call Customer Service for a list of compatible software programs and local dial-up numbers


Computer Manifesting or CANSHIP
Customers with automated shipping systems or with CANSHIP software can automatically track their shipments


Electronic Data Interchange (E.D.I.)
CANPAR can provide E.D.I. (Electronic Data Interchange) facilities to provide your package delivery status. This can be accomplished through your E.D.I. service provider or through direct communication with CANPAR.
